- Be income-eligible.
- Commit to occupy the home as their primary residence.
- Be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. non-citizen national or Qualified Alien.
- Be of legal capacity to incur the loan obligation.
- Have not been debarred or suspended from participation in federal programs in the past.
- Demonstrate a willingness to be on time with credit obligations.
- Purchase a home that meets all program criteria.
